The whole answer in the Inbox
The Inbox now shows everything a reply showed the visitor, not just its text: the cards, the videos and what the agent did along the way.
What shipped
- Cards the agent showed, with title, subtitle, description, price and badge.
- Videos the agent played, with their title and a link to watch them.
- The knowledge sources a reply drew on, and the websites it found on a web search.
- Payment links sent (amount and item), browser tasks started and verification codes sent, with the address masked.
- A reply made only of cards or a video no longer shows as an empty bubble.

See what the agent is doing while it works
When an agent looks something up before it answers, the chat no longer sits on a fixed "Thinking…". A short line says what it is doing right now, so visitors know the answer is on its way.
Polish and Croatian
SuperCognit now speaks Polish and Croatian, everywhere: agents answer in them, and the chat, widget, channels, dashboard, emails and website are translated. Agents now work in 14 languages.
