The platform

One platform, from prompt to paid product

SuperCognit covers the whole path: build the agent, ground it in your own content, give it tools that do real work, put it where your customers already are — and charge for it. Every piece works with the others, and none of it needs code.

Capabilities

One product, every piece

Each is useful on its own, and all of them share the same knowledge, the same tools and the same billing. Start with the piece you need this week.

Distribution

Your agent, wherever your customers already are

Switch a surface on and it inherits everything the agent already knows — the same prompt, the same knowledge, the same inbox, one bill.

Website widget

One script tag puts the agent on every page of your site. It preloads hidden, so the first open is instant.

Hosted chat app

A full-screen chat product with history, file uploads and a localized interface — nothing to host yourself.

Your own domain

chat.yourcompany.com, with certificates and edge routing provisioned automatically. No vendor badge.

WhatsApp

Connect a WhatsApp Business number and the same agent answers there — documents, PDFs and voice notes included.

Telegram

Point a Telegram bot at the agent and it works in direct messages and in groups, with the same knowledge.

MCP clients

Publish the same tools and knowledge as an MCP server that Claude, Cursor and other clients connect to directly.

REST API

Create agents, attach tools and knowledge, read conversations and receive webhooks from your own code.

How it works

Three steps, one afternoon

The importer writes the first draft. You spend your time on the parts that need judgement.

01

Build

Write a prompt, or import your website and start from the draft it produces. Attach knowledge and pick the tools the agent is allowed to use.

02

Publish

Turn on the surfaces you want — widget, hosted page, your domain, WhatsApp, Telegram, MCP — and set access to open, login-only or paid.

03

Get paid

Price it per seat and let Stripe handle checkout, invoices and refunds. Or keep it internal, and just watch the inbox.

In the product

This is the whole build screen

Prompt, knowledge, tools, channels — four rows and a Publish button. There is no step after this one where a developer takes over.

Proof

Products people actually shipped

Not pilots. Live agents answering real customers, built by the teams who own the knowledge.

Guests get answers at midnight in their own language, and the front desk starts the day with fewer emails — a concierge that knows the resort because it learned it from the resort’s own website.

A playbook for your industry, not a blank prompt

Ten guides mapping the platform onto the way a specific business actually runs — what to build first, which tools earn their keep, and what to charge for it.

Comparison

Where this differs from a chatbot builder

Most tools stop at the widget on your website. Here is what the rest of the platform adds — and if you want the named, side-by-side versions, they are one click away.

FAQ

Questions people ask before they start

No. Agents, knowledge, tools, channels and pricing are all configured from the dashboard. There is a REST API if you would rather drive it from your own code, but nothing on the platform requires it.

A chat agent is a product your customers talk to — a page, a widget, a WhatsApp number. An MCP server is the same knowledge and tools exposed to somebody else's AI client, like Claude or Cursor. Same building blocks, two audiences; most teams publish both.

From the knowledge you attach: uploaded documents, linked Google Docs and crawled pages. Retrieval is hybrid and gated by a relevance floor, and answers carry citations — so an agent that does not know says so.

Yes. Put a monthly per-seat price on an agent or an MCP server and buyers subscribe through Stripe. Checkout, invoices, seats, refunds and payouts are handled by the platform.

All of them. A hosted chat page, the embeddable widget, your own domain, WhatsApp, Telegram, MCP clients and the REST API — from one prompt and one knowledge base.

Importing a website produces a draft agent in about two minutes. Reviewing the prompt, attaching knowledge and connecting a domain is usually an afternoon. The trial runs seven days.

Bring a prompt. Leave with a product.
