Connect SuperCognit to Claude
Claude on the web, desktop and mobile can connect to remote MCP servers as custom connectors. Add your SuperCognit workspace once and every Claude chat can create and edit agents, manage knowledge bases and tools, read conversations and leads, and pull analytics — with your workspace's own permissions, after a single OAuth sign-in.
Connection details
https://mcp.supercognit.com/platform/<workspace>/mcpReplace <workspace> with the workspace slug shown under Integrations → Platform MCP, and <api-key> with a workspace API key when your client does not sign in with OAuth. Published MCP servers connect the same way at their own URL.
What you can do once it's connected
Build an agent from a conversation
Describe the agent you want and Claude creates it in your workspace: name, instructions, languages, knowledge base, tools. Review it in the dashboard, then publish.
Keep knowledge current without the dashboard
"Add our new pricing page to the support agent's knowledge base" — Claude adds the source, triggers the import and tells you when it is indexed.
Ask about your inbox
Which conversations went unanswered this week? Which leads came from WhatsApp? Claude reads the inbox, contacts and leads over the same connection.
Share your own MCP server with customers
Every MCP server you publish on SuperCognit connects to Claude the same way. Customers sign in with an email link, and you can meter and charge their usage.
How to connect
1. Copy your workspace MCP URL
In the dashboard open Integrations → Platform MCP. The URL is per workspace, so Claude always knows which workspace it is talking to.
2. Add a custom connector in Claude
In Claude go to Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector, name it SuperCognit and paste the URL. Custom connectors are available on Claude's paid plans; admins can add them for the whole organization.
3. Sign in and pick the workspace
Claude opens the SuperCognit consent page. Sign in with your dashboard account, choose the workspace and approve. Only owners and admins can connect a workspace.
4. Enable it in a chat
Turn the connector on from the tools menu in any chat. Claude now lists the workspace tools and asks before anything that writes or deletes.
Frequently asked questions
No. Claude uses OAuth: you sign in with your SuperCognit account and approve the workspace. API keys are for clients that cannot run a browser sign-in.
Custom connectors are a feature of Claude's paid plans (individual and team). Check Claude's current plan page for the exact list — SuperCognit itself charges nothing extra for the connection.
Only what your role allows, and destructive actions such as deleting an agent are two-step: Claude requests the deletion, then has to confirm it with a code. You can also connect with a read-only API key instead.
They connect to Claude the same way, at their own URL (or custom domain). Your customers sign in with an email link, usage is metered per user, and you can sell access with Stripe.
