Connect SuperCognit to ChatGPT
ChatGPT can use remote MCP servers as connectors, with developer mode for servers that write as well as read. Add your SuperCognit workspace and ChatGPT can create agents, update knowledge bases and tools, read conversations and leads and report on usage — signed in with your own SuperCognit account.
Connection details
https://mcp.supercognit.com/platform/<workspace>/mcpReplace <workspace> with the workspace slug shown under Integrations → Platform MCP, and <api-key> with a workspace API key when your client does not sign in with OAuth. Published MCP servers connect the same way at their own URL.
What you can do once it's connected
Draft and refine agents in chat
Describe the agent, let ChatGPT create it, then iterate on the instructions together. The result lands as a draft in your workspace.
Knowledge updates on request
Add a URL or a document to a knowledge base, trigger a re-import after a site change, or ask which sources are stale.
Inbox and lead questions
What did customers ask about most this week? Which leads need follow-up? ChatGPT reads conversations, contacts and leads over the connection.
Your own MCP server inside ChatGPT
The MCP servers you publish on SuperCognit connect to ChatGPT the same way — your customers add them as connectors and sign in with an email link.
How to connect
1. Copy your workspace MCP URL
Integrations → Platform MCP in the dashboard. The URL is per workspace.
2. Turn on developer mode and create the connector
In ChatGPT: Settings → Connectors → Advanced → Developer mode, then Create. Name it SuperCognit, paste the URL and choose OAuth as the authentication.
3. Sign in to SuperCognit
ChatGPT redirects you to the SuperCognit consent page: sign in, pick the workspace, approve. Owners and admins can connect; others are told why not.
4. Use it in a conversation
Enable the connector in a chat (or in developer mode's tools picker). ChatGPT lists the tools, shows what it is about to call and asks before writes.
Frequently asked questions
Custom MCP connectors are available on ChatGPT's paid plans, and developer mode is needed for write actions. Workspace admins on business plans control who can add them.
ChatGPT connectors authenticate with OAuth, and SuperCognit supports it end to end, so you never paste a secret into ChatGPT. API keys are for CLIs and automations.
Make sure you pasted the per-workspace URL from Integrations → Platform MCP exactly, including the /mcp at the end, and that your account is an owner or admin of that workspace.
SuperCognit's MCP servers are standard MCP, so they work as connectors. Building a listed ChatGPT app is a separate process on OpenAI's side.

Start buildingClaude
Add your SuperCognit workspace to Claude as a custom connector: build agents, update knowledge bases and read your inbox from a Claude chat, with one OAuth sign-in.
Claude Code
Add your SuperCognit workspace to Claude Code with one command. Create agents, update knowledge bases and wire tools from the terminal, with OAuth or a workspace API key.
Claude Cowork
Give Claude Cowork access to your SuperCognit workspace: it can build agents, refresh knowledge and report on conversations as part of a longer task on your desktop.
