Version history for agents, MCP servers and tools
Every change to an agent, an MCP server or a tool now leaves a version. Open History to see what changed, compare any two versions and restore one in a click.
What shipped
- A History tab under Setup in the agent and MCP server editors, and a history panel on every tool.
- Each version shows who made the change and from where: the dashboard, the MCP, the API or an import. Quick saves in a row are grouped into one version.
- Compare any version with another, or with what is live now.
- Restore puts instructions, behaviour, widget look, welcome menus, translations, guardrails, feedback settings, attached tools, knowledge bases and videos back as they were. Price, access, team, custom domain and channels are never touched.
- A restore is itself a new version, so it can be undone. After every Save an Undo button takes back your change.
- Name a version as a checkpoint to keep it for good. How many other versions are kept depends on your plan.
- If someone else changed the agent while you were editing, Save asks you to reload instead of overwriting their work.
See what the agent is doing while it works
When an agent looks something up before it answers, the chat no longer sits on a fixed "Thinking…". A short line says what it is doing right now, so visitors know the answer is on its way.
Polish and Croatian
SuperCognit now speaks Polish and Croatian, everywhere: agents answer in them, and the chat, widget, channels, dashboard, emails and website are translated. Agents now work in 14 languages.
👍/👎 feedback on answers
The 👍/👎 buttons under every reply now reach you. You decide what each one asks, and the agent's Feedback tab shows what visitors said, with links to the conversations.
