Polish and Croatian
SuperCognit now speaks Polish and Croatian, everywhere: agents answer in them, and the chat, widget, channels, dashboard, emails and website are translated. Agents now work in 14 languages.
What shipped
- Polish and Croatian in the agent editor's language list, with their own translations of title, greeting and starter questions.
- The chat page and the widget fully translated, including read-aloud and dictation voices.
- WhatsApp and Telegram messages, refusals and queue notices in both languages.
- The dashboard and every email to dashboard users in Polish and Croatian.
- The website at /pl and /hr, with every page and every blog post. Visitors from Poland or Croatia, or with a Polish or Croatian browser, land there first; the language picker always wins.
- Also in the MCP tools: pl and hr are accepted wherever a language code is.

When an agent looks something up before it answers, the chat no longer sits on a fixed "Thinking…". A short line says what it is doing right now, so visitors know the answer is on its way.
Version history for agents, MCP servers and tools
Every change to an agent, an MCP server or a tool now leaves a version. Open History to see what changed, compare any two versions and restore one in a click.
