See what the agent is doing while it works
When an agent looks something up before it answers, the chat no longer sits on a fixed "Thinking…". A short line says what it is doing right now, so visitors know the answer is on its way.
What shipped
- Live steps in place of "Thinking…": "Looking that up…", "Checking the documents…", "Browsing the website…", "Searching the web…", "Reviewing what I found…" and more.
- If one step takes longer than 15 seconds, the line changes to "Still on it — this one takes a little longer…".
- Steps describe the kind of work, never your tool names or what was sent to them.
- On the chat page and in the widget, in all 14 languages.
- Steps are only shown while the answer is prepared; they are not saved in the conversation.

Polish and Croatian
SuperCognit now speaks Polish and Croatian, everywhere: agents answer in them, and the chat, widget, channels, dashboard, emails and website are translated. Agents now work in 14 languages.
