Better answers from big knowledge bases, fresher on a schedule
Retrieval now adapts to the size of your knowledge, keyword search matches exact names again, and scheduled re-syncs only redo the pages that actually changed.
What shipped
- Retrieval sizes itself to the corpus instead of always pulling a fixed five passages, so large knowledge bases stop dropping the right page.
- The keyword arm of hybrid search was repaired: exact product names, SKUs and codes match again.
- Scheduled refresh skips pages whose content hasn't changed, so a re-sync is cheaper and faster.
- Refresh cadence is set per source — daily on Starter, every 6 hours on Pro, hourly on Enterprise.
Options as cards, not paragraphs
When the agent has a handful of things to show — rooms, products, plans, appointments — it now lays them out as cards with an image, a title and a button, and the visitor's tap flows straight back into the conversation.
The agent plays your videos
Add YouTube or Vimeo videos to an agent's Media tab and it plays the right one inline when a visitor asks for a tour, an intro or a demo — in our own player, not the native embed.
Website import works behind bot challenges
Some sites greet crawlers with a challenge page instead of content. Import now reads those through our own Chromium, so building an agent from a protected site no longer fails at the first step.
