Since the last update in late August we've shipped three things you'll notice in the first conversation and a handful you'll notice over the month. Here is the short version; each item has its own changelog entry with the details.
Cards: options you can tap
Ask an agent about rooms, plans or products and until now you got a paragraph. It now answers with cards — two to ten options in a strip or a grid, each with an image, a title, a subtitle, a price or badge, and a button. Tapping the button posts the choice back into the conversation, so "the second one" stops being a guess. A "More details" sheet on each card carries a gallery, facts such as address, phone, hours and link, and longer sections.
- Works on the chat page and in the widget.
- On WhatsApp cards go out as an interactive carousel, on Telegram as photo cards with inline buttons — a tap becomes the same choice.
- Card images only ever come from data a tool returned in that turn; the agent cannot invent one.
Video: the agent shows, not just tells
Add YouTube or Vimeo videos to an agent's Media tab — up to 25 — and when a visitor asks for a tour, an intro or a demo the agent plays the matching one inline. It runs in our own player, with a click-to-play poster, our controls and the agent's accent colour, rather than the platform's native embed. On WhatsApp and Telegram the agent sends the title and the link instead. Media can also be managed through the platform MCP tools and /v1/agents/{id}/media.
Plans now include usage credits
Every paid plan now carries a monthly allowance of usage credits — the amounts are on the pricing page — and the 7-day trial comes with a quarter of it. Plan credits reset at renewal; top-ups you buy never expire. Switching between Starter and Pro changes the existing subscription in place, prorated, and keeps a running trial.
Smaller things
- Website import now works on sites behind bot challenges — they are read through our own Chromium instead of failing at the first step.
- Retrieval on large knowledge bases sizes itself to the corpus instead of a fixed five passages, and the keyword arm of hybrid search was repaired, so exact names, SKUs and codes match again.
- Scheduled knowledge refresh skips pages whose content hasn't changed. Cadence is per source: daily on Starter, every 6 hours on Pro, hourly on Enterprise.
- Partners have a portal — Clients, Details, Brand, Presentations and Certifications — and the sales deck exports to PDF in your brand.
- Chat tabs show the agent's favicon, workspace pickers show avatars, and your own preview of an agent no longer counts against guest limits.
Everything above is live today. The changelog at supercognit.com/changelog has one entry per item, and that is where we'll keep writing these up.
