Agents built on SuperCognit now reply in Polish and Croatian. That is the easy part to say. The harder part, and the part we cared about, is everything around the reply: the buttons, the notices, the emails, the dashboard your team works in, and the website people read before they sign up. As of this week all of it is in both languages, which brings SuperCognit to 14 agent languages.
What your customers see
- Answers in Polish or Croatian, from the same agent, the same knowledge and the same rules as every other language.
- The chat page and the widget fully translated: the composer, the buttons, the sign-in window, the verification box, the feedback form and the new progress line ("Sprawdzam informacje…" in Polish).
- WhatsApp and Telegram messages in their language: refusals, waiting-line notices and buttons, which on WhatsApp are kept short enough for Meta's limits.
- Read aloud and dictation with Polish and Croatian voices.
Turn it on for an agent
Add the language
In the agent editor, Polish (Polski) and Croatian (Hrvatski) are in the language picker. Add one, then write or translate the agent's title, greeting and suggested questions for it.
Keep one set of knowledge
You do not need a Polish copy of your documents. The agent answers in the visitor's language from the knowledge you already have. Importing a Polish or Croatian website also detects its language.
Check it on the chat page
Open the agent's chat page with ?lang=pl or ?lang=hr at the end of the address and ask the questions your customers ask. The whole interface switches, along with the translated greeting.
Everything you can do in the dashboard here you can also do through the API and the platform MCP tools, which list Polish and Croatian among the language codes. More on serving several markets with one agent: multilingual customer service.
The dashboard and emails, too
The dashboard was translated into Portuguese and Spanish at the start of October. Polish and Croatian are now its fourth and fifth languages, across every screen: agents, the Inbox, analytics, the agent editor and settings. Each person chooses their own language on the Profile page, so a team in Warsaw and a team in Zagreb can share one workspace. The emails the platform sends to your team, such as invitations, hand-over alerts and new leads, go out in each recipient's language.
Small details that are not small
Both languages count differently from English. Polish says "1 dzień, 2 dni, 5 dni"; Croatian has its own rules again, and 21 takes the singular. Every count in the product, from the agents list to the analytics tooltips, now uses the right form in each language rather than a fixed plural. Dates follow local style too: "14 sierpnia 2026" in Polish and "14. kolovoza 2026." in Croatian.
Search had to learn the languages as well. Keyword search now knows the common Polish and Croatian words that carry no meaning on their own, so a question matches on the words that matter. And on the website, the letters ą, ę, ł, ś, ż, č, ć, đ, š and ž load with the page instead of flickering in after it.
A website in Polish and Croatian
supercognit.com now has /pl and /hr versions: the product pages, pricing, the industry and comparison pages, the changelog and the whole blog, this post included. A first visit from Poland or Croatia, or from a browser set to either language, opens the right version, and the language switcher in the menu always lets people choose another one.
14 languages, one agent
Polish and Croatian join the 12 languages agents already spoke. The point of adding them properly, rather than only letting the model reply in them, is that a customer never meets an English button halfway through a Polish conversation, and your team never has to work in a language that is not theirs. The full list is on the languages page, and everything else that shipped this month is in what's new in October.
